MMW - WORKSHOPS POLICY

Bookings

All bookings and booking requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience.

The only exception to this requirement applies to public open bookings, which may be reserved up to 1 hour before the experience, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy requires participants to respectfully cancel their booking at least 24h before the experience.

If the payment has already been processed, cancellation under the 1-day policy qualifies for a full refund.

Late arrivals

Being a one-person business the workshops runs on a tight schedule. For this reason, in case of 20+ minutes of tardiness the booked spots will be cancelled. If desired, the workshop can be immediately rescheduled on a following day, if there is availability.

If the payment of the workshop has been already issued and there is no possibility to reschedule, the participant will be issued a partial refund.

Payments and Currency

In case participants want to pay in cash the workshop only accepts payments made in the local currency, e.g euros (€).

The workshop also accepts payments by card.

Child Participation

All participants under the age of 13 who attend a workshop must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If a parent or legal guardian does not wish to remain present during the workshop, or is unable to do so, this must be discussed and approved in advance of booking confirmation.

Grouting Service

If after the workshop an additional grouting service is requested, the mosaics will have to remain at the workshops for an additional 1-2 days for the service to be completed.

The payment will be requested right after the mosaic experience and the pick-up can be made only on week days.
